Representatives of UAB Juodeliai meet delegation of Chinese business representatives
On 7 June this year, a representative of the wood processing company UAB Juodeliai attended a meeting of Lithuanian and Chinese business representatives held by the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China and Enterprise Lithuania (VšĮ Versli Lietuva). The event was attended by specialists from various industries such as foodstuffs, paper, textiles, metal, wood and chemicals (fertilisers).
The Chinese guests spoke about the cooperation taking place between China and Lithuania now and expressed their hope that this cooperation would expand and this forum would help to forge new contacts.
A sales specialist from UAB Juodeliai took part in a meeting with representatives of the Chinese wood industry. The UAB Juodeliai specialist met representatives of a Chinese company that acts as an intermediary between Chinese entrepreneurs and suppliers from all over the world. Importation of timber is one of the many activities of the Chinese. The meeting involved a discussion of the needs of the Chinese wood industry and what wood and products are normally imported. Agreement was reached on a trial provision of UAB Juodeliai products to China and on further cooperation and meetings to be held in the near future.
