An audit of integrated management system recertification has been successfully performed at UAB ‘Juodeliai’
On the 3rd–4th of September the recertification audit of the integrated management system was conducted in the wood processing company UAB ‘Juodeliai’. It is carried out every three years. The objective of this audit was to assess the extent to which the management system functioning in the company since 2011 complies with the requirements of the international quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
The integrated management system audit was conducted by the international certification company ‘Bureau Veritas’ which has cooperated with UAB ‘Juodeliai’ since 2011. The auditors visited the company’s headquarters in Marijampolė, and the ‘Akmenynai’ and ‘Jūrė’ manufacturing departments, as well as the new Radviliškis sawmill.
The auditors gave a positive assessment of the UAB ‘Juodeliai’ infrastructure, quality, environmental, occupational health and safety policies, the staff’s competences, innovative solutions and professionalism. The auditors appreciated the management of raw material supply, sales and manufacturing processes, production quality assurance, the company’s consideration for the employees and environment protection.
We are delighted that our company’s integrated management system is recertified and meets all the requirements of the international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
