UAB Juodeliai successfully performed the re-certification audit of the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC®)
The re-certification audit of the wood processing company UAB Juodeliai Forest Stewardship Council (FSC®) was carried out in February this year and was aimed at assessing how the FSC® standards, applied in the company since 2010, meet the requirements.
The audit was carried out by the accredited company UAB ‘NEPCon’. Following the audit, the company was re-certified based on three standards, which are; the manufacturing chain FSC-STD-40-004 V2-1, controlled wood FSC-STD-40-005 V2-1 and the use of trademarks FSC-STD-50-001. The FSC® certificate granted to the company (company certificate code – NC-COC-012665) confirms the origin of products of wood processing companies.
We are pleased that our company’s production chain and its products have been re-certified and meet all the requirements of FSC®, enabling us to dedicate our undivided attention to customers, employees, partners and our environment in the future.
According to the latest information of international FSC® databases, currently, there are more than 300 companies in Lithuania with the FSC® certificates (among them, 42 forest enterprises cooperating with UAB Juodeliai).
