Audit of UAB Juodeliai management system recertification successfully completed
On the 22nd and 23rd of July 2020, the audit of the management system (according to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018) recertification was carried out at the wood processing company UAB Juodeliai. It aimed at evaluating the conformity of the integrated management system to the requirements of international quality, environmental and occupational safety and health (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018) standards and identifying possible improvements of the management system.
During the audit, the team of the company Bureau Veritas Lit took all necessary procedural actions, focusing on significant aspects, risks and objectives of the management system. Auditors visited the company’s headquarters in Marijampolė, also production units located in Jūrė, Akmenynai and Radviliškis. The audit identified the following advantages of the company’s quality, environmental and occupational safety and health management system: management’s position; explaining to all employees the importance of understanding customer needs; staff competences and continuous improvement of the system.
The audit showed no discrepancies. Positive auditor evaluations have encouraged the company to seek further efficiency in its business processes. Following the audit, we are satisfied not only with the positive auditor evaluations, but also with useful comments that inspire UAB Juodeliai to develop even further and commit to higher standards.
