External maintenance audit of UAB Juodeliai information security management system successfully carried out
In 2018, the wood processing company UAB Juodeliai implemented an information security management system, which is in compliance with the requirements of the ISO 27001 standard. On 20–22 September of this year, the third external maintenance audit was carried out by the company’s long-standing partner – the international certification company Bureau Veritas Lit.
The maintenance audit found that UAB Juodeliai properly assesses the information security risks and implements effective control measures to ensure confidentiality, integrity and accessibility of information. The scope of certification includes the new production facility in Marijampolė, whose physical security systems are considered exceptionally high-level. No non-conformities with the requirements of the standard were identified during the audit.
