UAB Juodeliai is included in the list of companies most favourable for women’s career
For the first time, portal 15 min has rated Lithuanian companies and made a list based on the greatest achievements of women. A total of 600 companies were selected according to the established criteria. 100 of them were included in the list. The main criteria were the number of women on the board, the highest salaries for women, equality of salaries, and the number of women in senior management positions.
We are glad that wood processing company UAB Juodeliai has reached to the list of TOP100 Lithuanian companies where the principle of gender equality is important, salaries between genders are almost the same, and women occupy half or the most of the seats on the board.
